For my card today I used the stamp set Making Every Day Bright along with Making Christmas Bright.

Love how it turned out. So bright and cheerful.

Cutting & Scoring

• Whisper White Thick – 4 ¼” x 11″ score and fold at 5 ½”
• Watercolor Paper – 3 ¾” x 5″
• Basic Black – 1″ x 1″
• Watercolor Paper – 1 ¼ x 5 flowers & leaves

Instructions

• I place ink in the lid of the ink pad
• Using my Aqua Painter I placed Daffodil Delight ink onto the watercolor paper
• Let it dry completely
• Stamped “Making Spirits Bright” with Memento Ink
• Stamp “flower petals” and punched it out with co-ordinating punch
• Placed flower off to the side
• Used the ¾” Circle punch and punched out a Basic Black circle for the center
• I took my Paper Snips and ran the blade along the matte layer to give it a rough edge
• Stamped and punched out some leaves
• Colored them in with Lemon Lime Twist
• Placed the leaves behind the matte layer
• Flicked Basic Black Ink from a Stampin’ Write Marker onto the card
• Randomly placed Black Faceted Dots everywhere
• Stamped the inside as desired
