My Inky Friends Design Challenge # 10

Hi Friends!

I am so excited you could join me today for another monthly Design Challenge with my wonderful Inky Friends. We are a group of Stampin’ Up! demonstrators who met through an online community. We get to create something new and have lots of fun along the way.

Here is what I made

No lies, I only had the Daffodil Ink. I had the other colors but only in cardstock. I guess I should probably buy the other Ink pads.

Cutting & Scoring

Whisper White – 5 ½” x 8 ½” score and fold at 4 ¼”
Poppy Parade – 2″ x 5 ½”
Granny Apple Green – 1 ½” x 5 ½
Whisper White – 3″ x 4″ scrap for lemons
Granny Apple Green – Scrap for the leaves

Instructions

Fold card base in half
Run the Granny Apple Green 1 ½” x 5 ½” through the big shot using the Layered Leaves Embossing Folder
Attached the Granny Apple Green to the Poppy Parade and the to the card front
Using the Simply Scored Board I made 2 score above the layers and 2 scores below the layers
Stamped “happy birthday” in the bottom corner
On scrap Whisper White I stamped the lemons with Daffodil Delight Ink and punched it out
Attached the bottom lemon with snail and the lemon ring I popped up with Dimensionals
Randomly placed Rhinestones all over
Stamped the inside as shown
