MIF Design Challenge # 12
Hi Friends!
I am super excited you could join me today for another monthly Design Challenge with my wonderful Inky Friends. We are a group of Stampin’ Up! demonstrators who met through an online community . We get to create something new and have lots of fun along the way.
Here is what I made
I actually like these colors together!
Cutting & Scoring
- Rich Razzleberry – 4 ¼” x 11″ score and fold at 5 ½”
- Mango Melody – 2 ¾” x 4 ¼”
- Whisper White – 4″ x 5 ¼” – inside
- Whisper White – 2 ½” x 4″
Instructions
- Stamped the flower with Rich Razzleberry on the card front towards the bottom of the card
- I took the Mango Melody and ran it through the Big Shot with the flower from the Springtime Impressions Thinlits, I cut out 5 flowers
- Stamped the leaves with Lemon Lime Twist stamping off then stamping on the Whisper White (different shades of green)
- Stamped the flowers in Pool Party again stamping off and then stamping the flower
- With Memento Ink I stamped “thank you” in the bottom corner
- Took the Mango Melody and Whisper White 2 ½” x 4″ and lined them up, then tore the edge
- Added 2 Mango Melody flowers to the corner
- Wrapped The top of the card with Bakers Twine
- Randomly add the Faceted Dots
- Placed 2 large Faceted Dots onto the flowers
- Stamped the inside as shown and added the rest of the cut out flowers
