Today’s project is a celebration card featuring Happy Celebrations, Lovely Inside Out and Paint Play. Doesn’t the Paint Play set give this card a “bubbly” feel? When it comes to creating a quick card that packs plenty of WOW! Well that is today’s card!

Card Inside!
Its amazing how different a picture looks in different lighting. I am hoping to get special equipment to take pictures. I feel like mine are dark? Leave me a comment and let me know if my pictures are fine or kinda dark?

Cutting and Scoring
- Tempting Turquoise cut at 5 ½ by 8 ½ scored at 4 ¼
- Whisper White for the inside of the card cut at 4 by 5 ¼
- Basic Black for the front cut at 4 by 5 3/8
- Another Whisper White for the front cut at 3 7/8 by 5 ¼
Instructions
- Fold card base in half
- Add the Basic Black to the front of the card
- Stamp the images from the Happy Celebrations that looks like a splash of paint. I inked and stamped then stamped again to give is a different color effect
- randomly splashed with black circles from Paint Play and also Inside & Out stamp set with the raindrop looking things all over
- Stamped the sentiment for Inside & Out on the front and “Let’s Celebrate” from Happy Celebrations for the inside
- Randomly place Rhinestone everywhere
- I added those two small flowers by the sentiment cause I had a boo, boo
