Trimmer Basics & Tips

Hello Friends,

Today I wanted to share some Trimmer Basics & tips. There is nothing worse than a dull trimmer blade.

Trimmer Basics & Tips

I have been going through blades like water and couldn’t figure out why until I asked at Stampin’ Up! What a lovely bunch of people on the other end of the phone. Always so helpful and friendly (love it)

It’s an extra step but it’s SO worth the effort. I would love your cutting blades to last as long as possible and give you the cutting precision you long for or dream of.

I would suggest that you use your OLD blade for Glimmer Paper and the new one for cardstock and DSP. Add a set to your next order and take a Sharpie and mark it.

This tip is also true if you are cutting magnet sheets for your craft space (Framelits & Thinlits) I was told nothing would dull your blade quicker than to cut a magnet sheet with a new cutting blade so SAVE, SAVE, SAVE an old one to use just for magnets. No more dull blades and everyone is happy everywhere!
