Triangle Box
I really enjoy making boxes, treat bags, cards, anything with paper really. Today’s project is from a fellow Demonstrator her name is Ann which I saw and fell in love with. It looks tricky but really it is not.
These boxes are super cute, you can also place a window inside the box so you are able to see what is inside. These would be great for craft fairs or to give to a friend or co-worker to brighten their day.

Cutting & Scoring
- Your base is cut at 4 ½” by 8 ½”
- With the 4 ½” along the top of your score board you are gonna score at 1″
- Then with the score line at the top you will make a notch at the ½”
- After that you will score only down to the horizontal score line at 1″, 4″, 5″, 6″ and 6 ½”
- Rotate your DSP so that the horizontal score line is along the bottom and make notches at ½”, 1 ½”, 5 ½”, 6 ½” and 7 ½”
Instructions
- So you are gonna follow the above instructions however we have to make a few more score lines
- You will see I numbered the diagram to make it easier I will be referring to lines and notches
- Take your ruler and score from line 1 down to the 2nd notch
- Line 2 down to the 3rd notch
- Line 3 down to the 2nd notch
- 4 down to notch 3
- On the 4th line you will score all the way to the top and not stop at the horizontal line as you did before
- Line 5 down to notch 5
- Line 6 down to the corner
- At notch 4 you are gonna score and make a triangle shape in the corner
- Same for notch 1 make like a triangle in the corner
- Where I have the diagram shaded is where you will cut away
- On notch 2 all you are gonna do is cut up to the tip of the triangle
- Add tear and tape and seal the box
