Welcome to the Suite Designs Blog Hop!  Today’s Blog Hop is filled with projects inspired by some of our favorite suites in our Annual Catalog.  What fun!  Stampin’ Up!’s catalogs (both the Annual Catalog and soon-to-be-released Holiday Catalog) are filled with so many fun products for all occations – we are excited to share our creations with you today.  After you read my post, I hope you’ll hop over to the next person on the list at the base of this post.

My project today showcases the Pick a Pattern Suite!

Triangle Box Stampin' Up

 

 

Cutting and Scoring

  • You need three pieces of designer series paper cut at 6″ by 6″

Instructions

  • On all three pieces the paper is gonna be folded the same way
  • First fold the paper in half , then you will fold it in half the other way so when you open your paper it looks like a cross on your paper
  • Next fold point to point and you should have a triangle shape
  • Once you have the triangle shape, take the point of the paper and fold down and do it on both sides
  • Repeat on all of the 6″ by 6″ pieces of paper
  • You will then interlock all the pieces
  • Glue down the bottom and thats it

Inside Card

 

Cutting and Scoring

  • Basic black card base and that is cut at 5 ½ by 8 ½ scored at 4 ¼
  • Whisper white for the inside and that is cut at 4 by 5 ¼ and a piece of 2 ½ by 3 ¾ for sentiment on the front
  • The DSP on the front is 2 by 5 ¼
  • Basic Black 2 ½ by 4 ½ for the label on the front

Instructions

  • Add your two pieces of DSP the the front of the card, take washi tape and run it along where the two papers meet
  • Die cut the large label to fit the size of the basic black paper
  • Die cut the next size smaller in the whisper white
  • Used the stampset No Bones about It and stamped the tracks and sentiment for the front
  • Took my aqua painter and put ink into the lid of the soft suede and picked up ink with the aqu painter and ran it under the feet to look like dirt
