Stampers Showcase Blog Hop! We Are Back!

Stampers Showcase Blog Hop! this month we will be exploring “babies & children” themed projects. It’s always nice to have some of these in your card stash I hope that our ideas and projects will help inspire you to create your own beautiful cards.

This month’s theme is all about the young’uns! we can do baby, baby shower, children, toys, etc. Anything related to the young ones. Cards, treat packaging, 3D projects, all are A-OK!

Cutting & Scoring

• Pool Party – 5 ½” x 8 ½”
  • score at 4 ¼”
• Whisper White – 1 ½” x 3″
• Dinoroar Designer Series Paper – 4 ¼” x 5 ½”
• Whisper White – 4″ x 5 ¼”

Instructions

• Take your Pool Party card base and cut it so its 5 ½” x 5 ¾” score at 4 ¼”
• The remaining pool party you just cut from the base you will use for your Stitched Nested Label
• Add the DSP under the Pool Party base
• Cut out two Dinosaurs with the framelits & DSP
• Before attaching the two label to each other, I added Snail behind the Whisper White Label and then took the Silver Metallic Thread and looped it around then stuck it to the Pool Party Label
• Stamped sentiment with Memento Ink
• Added the focal image at an angle
• Popped the pink dino up with Dimensionals
• Added the Dinoroar Enamel Shapes (for fun!)

My son gave me two cute cards for this hop over the weekend and I didn’t take pictures straight away, then the little bugger says can I have them back. I give it back and it disappeared. So for this hop both hubby and son will not be participating. I tried explaining to the hubby you cant bring me your stuff the morning of the hop and say here. That’s NOT how it works. lol
