Small Side Hinged Box
Hi Friends!
I have a super cute project to share with you today. It’s this small side hinged box.
WOW! This box is super cute and sure has that WOW look.
You can change the Designer Series Paper to any occasion. Use these for table favors, craft fair ideas, or to just give to a friend.

Cutting & Scoring
- Lid – DSP
- cut at 3 1/16″ x 5 1/8″ score on 3 sides at 1″ & the last score at 1 1/8″
- Base – Cardstock
- cut at 3 1/16″ x 5 1/8″ score all around at 1″
Instructions
- Start with the base of the box – Cardstock
- Score the lines as indicated above
- Cut up on all the score lines stopping at the horizontal score line
- Miter all 4 corner tabs
- Burnish your score lines
- Close the box using Multipurpose Liquid Glue
- Start with the side tabs first
- Seal the box with the middle tab
- Repeat on opposite side but don’t seal the last tab
- For the lid – DSP
- Score as indicated above
- Cut up on all the score lines stopping at the horizontal score line
- Miter all 4 corner tabs
- With the 1″ score line at the top, start on the left side, cut at an angle as indicated below
- Fold and burnish the score lines
- Close the side of the box the 1″ side
- Place the lid on the box base
- The small tab is gonna be glued to the box base
- Then take the box base and seal the last tab to close the box
