Round 2 SAB Stamp ‘N Hop Blog Hop March 2018
Hello and Welcome to Round 2 SAB Stamp’N Hop Blog Hop for March 2018
We are excited to share our creations with you today. After you read my post, I hope you’ll hop over to the next person on the list. I chose Eclectic Expressions and I made this really cute desk paper holder.
This is my first time taking part in this hop and I am super excited to be here.
This came together in no time. The flower I stamped from one of the images in the set. I love how it turned out.
I ran out of paper and couldn’t fill the box. We hate when that happens.
Cutting & Scoring
- Base is cut at 6 ยผ” by 7 ยฝ”
- Score on all 4 sides at 15/16″ (the tick mark before the 1″ mark)
- The Lid 4″ by 8 ยฝ”
- Score all round at 1 7/16″ (the tick mark just before 1 ยฝ” mark)
- Whisper White cut at 4″ by 5 ยผ” to stamp flower
- Printer Paper cut at 4″ by 5 ยผ”
Instructions
- On my 8 ยฝ” by 11″ sheet of cardstock I stamped the entire piece with random images
- I cut it down to have two pieces. One for the base at 6 ยผ” by 7 ยฝ” and for the lid 4″ by 8 ยฝ”
- Scored as indicated above
- Cut Tab A in half
- Tab A will be glued to the inside of Tab B
- Tab C will be glued to the outside of Tab B and that is your lid
- Before gluing down the corners make sure you punch a half circle/notch out of either side of the 7 ยฝ” side whichever side you pick that then becomes the front. Remember only on one of the 7 ยฝ” side
- Glue square tabs to the inside
- Push the lid into the box base
- Stamp flower and fussy cut it out
- Add it in the corner
- Cut printer paper and add inside the box base
- Stamping the copy paper is optional
