Picture Perfect Birthday Card,
I knew I had to have this Picture Perfect Birthday stamp set when I saw it in the Occasions 2018 Catalog which goes live Jan 3rd 2018. This card is absolutely stunning and the Stampin’ Blends are fabulous.
I am not a watercolor artist but these Stampin’ Blends makes coloring so easy. The Designer Series Paper has to be my favorite I know for sure I am gonna need a few more packs.
This DSP is gorgeous right? Its even more pretty in person.
I wanted to get up close with the coloring I did. It’s so easy to make projects that look like they were bought from the store. If you don’t have the Stampin’ Blends, you are gonna wanna add it to your wish list.
Cutting & Scoring
- Bermuda Bay card base cut at 5 ½” by 8 ½” scored at 4 ¼”
- Another Bermuda Bay for the front cut at 4″ by 5 ¼” which I Embossed (optional)
- Second to largest Lots Of Labels Framelit
- Whisper White 2 ¼” by 2 ¼”
- Silver Foil cut at 2 ½” by 2 ½”
- Whisper White for the inside cut at 4″ by 5 ¼”
Instructions
- Fold card base in half
- The Bermuda Bay piece cut a 4″ by 5 ¼” I ran through the Big Shot using the Layered Leaves
- Took a piece of the 1/8″ Silver Ribbon and put it across the card piece taping it at the back with Scotch Tape
- Die Cut a piece of DSP with the second to largest Lots Of Labels Framelits which I colored in using the Stampin’ Blends
- Using the Layering Circle Framelits I die cut a Silver Foil Scalloped Circle which measures 2 ¼” by 2 ¼”
- Stamped a sentiment from the Picture Perfect stamp set and die cut it with the regular circle that measures 2″ by 2″ layered those two together and popped it up with a Dimensional
- Tied a bow and added it with a Glue Dot
- Randomly placed the Metallic Enamel Shapes
