Petal Palette Thank You Card

I have a really pretty card to share with you today using the Petal Palette stamp set and Framelits. I love Bermuda Bay!

There is sparkle on the flowers, I used Wink Of Stella

Because I have a Basic Black base I had to add a layer on the inside.

Cutting & Scoring

• Basic Black base cut at 4 ¼” by 11″ scored at 5 ½”
• Bermuda Bay cut at 2″ by 5 ½”
• Strip of Basic Black cut at 1 ½” by 5 ½”
• Whisper White cut at 4″ by 5 ¼” (for card inside)
• Whisper White to stamp the flower cut at 2 ¾” by 3 ½”
• Basic Black for the back of the flower cut at 2 ¾” by 3 ½”

Instructions

• Fold card base in half
• With the Bermuda Bay I ran it through the Big Shot and cut out flowers, I knew it was gonna be covered, then I stuck  it to the card base
• I used the Embossing Buddy and rubbed it on the Basic Black, I used my Versamark Ink and stamped the sentiment which I then took White Embossing Powder over it and heat set it
• Added it to the card
• Stamped the flower with Memento on the Whisper White and cut it out. Used my Stampin’ Blends to color it in
• Covered the flowers with the Wink Of Stella
• Fussy cut it out as close to the outline as I could
• Cut out a solid basic black so I could mat it behind the flower stamped image
• With the Foil Sheet I cut out some leaves
• Put Snail Adhesive behind and used Silver Metallic Thread
• Attached the focal piece to the card
• Stamped the inside of the card
