Thanks for stopping by today. I hope everyone is enjoying the summer days. Today’s card features the new Embossing Paste and how its used.

This card was made using the Lemon Lime Twist
This card is using the new Powder Pink
This card was made with the new Fresh Fig
Cutting and Scoring
- The card base is 8 1/2 by 5 1/2 scored at 4 1/4
- On the Fresh Fig card I did an extra layer and the Basic Black is cut at 4 1/8 by 5 3/8 and you need 2 pieces (card front and inside)
- Whisper White cut at 4 by 5 1/4 and a piece of Fresh Fig cut at 4 by 5 1/4
- Another Basic Black cut at 2 by 4
- Whisper White cut at 1 7/8 by 3 7/8
- You need a circle punch 1 3/4 in Black
- Also a 1 3/8 circle punch in White
Instructions
- Fold card stock in half
- Take one of the Basic Black and attach it to the front and attach the other one to the inside of the card
- Take the Fresh Fig piece and put one of the masks on top and tape it down with some washi tape
- Smear paste all over making sure to get all the excess paste off, remove the mask and go wash it, allowing your embossing paste to dry
- Once it has dried take the small Black piece 2 by 4 and add it to the top left corner, take the White piece 1 7/8 by 3 7/8 and add that onto of the 2 by 4 piece
- Take a scrap piece of Basic Black and cut out 2 butterflies with the Move Me Thinlits
- Cut out 2 solid pieces of butterflies
- Add the Black butterfly overlays with glue dots to the solid butterflies
- Glue those down on the small panel in the corner
- Punch out your sentiment and attach that with Stampin’ Dimensionals
- Stamp your sentiment for the inside of the card on the Whisper White and attach it to the inside of the card
