Today’s project is this super cute Matchbook Ghirardelli Holder. How cute are these little guys! Love how they turned out.

I told you these were cute.  The gusseted pocket on the inside is sized to fit a Ghirardelli Chocolate Square.

Cutting & Scoring

  • Early Espresso matchbook base – 2 ¾” by 7 3/8″ score along the 7 3/8″ side at 3″, 3 ½″, and 6 ¾
  • Very Vanilla gusseted inside pocket – 2 3/8″ by 5 ¾” score along the 5 ¾″ side at 2 ¼″, 2 ½″, 2 ¾″, 5″, 5 ¼″, and 5 ½″
  • Very Vanilla piece for the front cut at 2 ½” by 2 ¾”
  • DSP cut at 2 ¼” by 2 ½”

Instructions

  • Cut and score the base fold on all the score lines
  • The very vanilla piece for the insert fold on all the score lines and use glue to close the pouch
  • Place the gusseted insert at the bottom of the matchbook and staple it
  • The Very Vanilla piece on the front I punched out with the 1″ Circle Punch
  • I then attached the DSP over the whole I punched out and attached it to the front of the matchbook
  • Punched out a 1 ¼” Circle with Garden Green
  • Used Cajun Craze for the sentiment and popped it up with a Dimensional
