I have been missing for a few days as I am having Keyboard issues with my “NEW” computer. Drove a half hour away to get it looked at, only to be told they could only see me 3 hours later. My kids were with me so we couldn’t stay. Bought insurance on it and because its not even a year old I tried to get a new keyboard before I spent another $130 on a keyboard. Found out that the insurance doesn’t cover the entire package just my screen (ha, ha, ha) I really thought I was paying to cover the entire package as they go hand-in-hand one doesn’t really operate right without the other.
Come home make some calls to get it resolved and it still isn’t working. THEY RESET MY ENTIRE COMPUTER and it still didn’t work. Now what? I can’t keep using the touch screen. Its so hard to edit and do things. Like I need a keyboard 😂🤣
I am praying this is resolved by the end of the weekend. Fingers crossed 🤞
