Hello Everyone,
Let me start off by saying happy Sunday to all! This is my first time playing along with a challenge blog over at #GDP096 didn’t want to miss this opportunity. This week the Global Design Project is CASEing Tanja kolar. Look at her gorgeous card that she did, this is where we will get our inspiration.
For those of you who may not know what CASE means, it means you can take anything from it that you want and use it in your own card. “Copy And Share Everything”
This is my design I did
This card was really fun, I absolutely love this stamp set Garden in Bloom
Cutting and Scoring
- Card base is Tranquil Tide and its cut at 4 1/4 by 11 scored at 5 1/2
- Large square stitched shape framelit cut with Crumb Cake
- Smaller square stitched shape famelit cut with Very Vanilla
Instructions
- I cut the card stock in half
- Ran it through the big shot with the oh my stars embossing folder
- Added a delicate doily
- Layered the squares
- Stamped two flowers one in flirty flamingo and one in sweet sugarplum on whisper white card stock
- Took my paper snips and fussy cut the flowers
- Put dimensionals on the back and added that black metallic thread
- In the center of the flower I added those clear faceted gems
- Placed metallic enamel shapes randomly around the card stock
