First Frost Christmas Card
Hi Friends!
I have a super cute Christmas Card to share today using the First Frost bundle. Christmas will be here before we know it.
This card is so cute and comes together pretty quick. We love it when that happens.
Have any of you seen this paper? its so pretty its hard to cover it up.
Cutting & Scoring
- Merry Merlot – 5 ½” x 8 ½” score and fold at 4 ¼”
- Whisper White – 4″ x 5 ¼” for inside matte
- Mint Macaron – ¾“ x 5 ½“ need 2 pieces
- First Frost DSP – 3 ½” x 5 ½”
- Whisper White – 3” x 3”
- First Frost DSP – 1” x 4 1/8”
- Tranquil Tide – scrap for leaf
- Merry Merlot Glimmer – scrap for berry thing
- Mint Macaron – scrap for thistle
- Merry Merlot Ribbon – 4 ½“
Instructions
- Stamp the sentiment on the 3” x 3” Whisper White with Merry Merlot ink
- Using the Big Shot, die cut the 3” x 3” Whisper White piece with the Stitched Circles framelit, the Tranquil Tide scrap with the leaf framelit, the Merry Merlot glimmer scrap with the berry framelit and the Mint Macaron scrap with the thistle framelit
- Attach the Mint Macaron strips to the back of the First Frost DSP with liquid glue
- Attach this layer to the Merry Merlot card base using liquid glue
- Place the layer of brown striped DSP to the center of the card with Dimensionals
- Then Merry Merlot ribbon over the brown striped DSP using Mini Glue Dots and trim the ends at a slant
- Use Wink Of Stella and color the leaf & thistle
- Layer the leaf, berry and thistle to the back of the White Stitched Circle with Mini Glue Dots
- Attach the White Stitched Circle to the top using Dimensionals
- Color three clear epoxy droplets with the Cherry Cobbler Stampin’ Blend and place on the White Stitched Circle
- Stamp a sentiment on the inside Whisper White matte and adhere to the inside of the card with liquid glue

I had all intent to do a video today. Then life took over. Since my son has started school I am all over the place. Its horrible. I am busy picking up, dropping off.
He has costume day Friday so I wanted to get an eye patch which turned into a full on Halloween Costume. All day today. Mom, can I wear the eye patch? no CJ you can’t.
Took him for a haircut. The place was to busy and we have to make it on a different day. He loves this place. Cried when they couldn’t cut his hair. So that was another fiasco. lol
