Falling Flowers Floating Thank You Card
I have a super cute Falling Flowers Floating Thank You card to share. Well that’s what I’m calling it (shaking my head) It looks like the flowers are floating.
It’s so very pretty in person. I love how this card turned out!
The watercolor wash behind the flowers makes the card. It’s such a pretty card. Needed to send someone a card. I hope she will love it as much as I do
Cutting & Scoring
- Whisper White card base cut at 5 ½” by 8 ½” scored at 4 ¼”
- Mat Layer cut at 3 ¾” by 5″
- Window Sheet cut at 2 ¼” by 5″
- Whisper White cut at 4 ¼” by 5 (die cut separate flowers)
Instructions
- Fold base in half
- Use colors of your choice and wash the card using your Aqua Painter and Ink Pads
- On your mat layer line up the flowers and leave on the edge of the paper and run it through the Big Shot
- With the separate piece of Whisper White cut at 4 ¼” by 5″ die cut those flowers and leaf getting the whole image
- I used Versamark Ink and colored the flowers with Ink and then used Gold Embossing Powder and heat set it
- Stamp the Sentiment
- Attached the Window Sheet to the mat layer
- Then attach all your dye cut pieces to the window sheet
- Pop it up with Dimensionals
- Randomly add Gold Metallic Shapes
