In my Facebook Live event, I shared with you how to create 6 cards from one piece of DSP.
This type of quick and easy card making has been around for many many years. Have you ever heard the words “one sheet wonder” and wonder what it meant? It’s simply a way to take a piece of card stock or Designer Series Paper and cut it up using a cutting diagram and use the pieces to make several cards.
Today I am going to show you how to make 6 cards using a ONE SHEET WONDER template. I think the biggest struggle was trying to talk, punch and stamp at the same time. LOL – The good news is the cards turned out amazing.

Cutting & Scoring
- Whisper White Thick – 8 ½” x 11″
- score at 4 ¼” and cut in half at 5 ½” (you will end up with 2)
- Melon Mambo – 8 ½” x 11″
- score at 5 ½” and cut in half at 4 ¼” (you will end up with 2)
- Blackberry Bliss – 8 ½” x 11″
- score at 4 ¼” and cut in half at 5 ½” (you will end up with 2)
- Whisper White – 5 ½” x 8 ½” for sentiments and images
- cut it to 4″ x 5 ¼” remaining is for stamping sentiments
- Blackberry Bliss – 5 ½” x 8 ½” for matte layers and circles etc.
- cut at 1″ x 5 ½”
- 1 ½” x 5 ½” cut
- Cut at 1 ¾” x 4 ¼”
- DSP – 6″ x 6″
Instructions
- Card 1 – attach the ¾” x 5 ½” DSP to the Blackberry Bliss 1″ x 5 ½”
- Place it anywhere on the card front
- Stamp sentiment on one of the White small Stitched Label
- Cut one of the Blackberry Stitched Label and add it behind sentiment
- Pop up with Dimensionals
- Card 2 – Punch a 2″ circle with Blackberry Bliss and attach it to the side of card
- Place the 1 ¼” x 5 ½” DSP to the 1 ½” x 5 ½” and attach it over the 2″ circle
- Stamp sentiment on Stitched Label and pop with Dimensionals
- Card 3 – Stamp two perfume bottles one in Blackberry Bliss and one in Melon Mambo
- Add Daffodil Delight to the inside of the bottles and die cut
- On a 4″ x 5 ¼” stamp with Blackberry Bliss in the upper corner “happy mothers day”
- Attach DSP 1 ½” x 4″ on the side
- Place one perfume bottle with Multipurpose Glue and pop the other bottle up with Dimenstionals
- Card 4 – Attach DSP 1 ½” x 4″ to Blackberry Bliss 1 ¾” x 4 ¼” and attach to side of the card
- Stamp sentiment on the Whisper White and die cut with the Stitched Label in the All Dressed Suite
- Cut out a Blackberry Bliss Stitched and cut it in half
- Add Blackberry Bliss to the sentiment and pop it up with Dimensionals
- Card 5 – Stamp tone on tone with Melon Mambo
- Attack 2″ DSP circle with Multipurpose Liquid Glue and pop the Whisper White 2″ Circle with Dimensionals
- Add bow or Rhinestones all optional
- Card 6 – Place DSP 3″ x 4″ onto card front straight or angled
- Stamp sentiment and pop with Dimensionals
- Die cut and stamp the Lipstick and pop with Dimensionals
