Envelope Punch Board Small Chocolate Box
Isn’t the Painted With Love Specialty Designer Series Paper stunning? The gold throughout the paper is what makes it so pretty. I also love the pink and purple.
I hope you are inspired by these cute boxes to get out your Envelope Punch Board and try these adorable little boxes.
Just don’t do what I did and glue the box shut (laughing)
Cutting & Scoring
- Base is cut at 5 ¼” by 5 ¼”
- You will punch and score at 1 ½” and 3 ¾” all the way round
- DSP is cut at 1 ½” by 1 ½” (you will need 5)
Instructions
- Take the base of the box and punch and score at 1 ½” and 3 ¾” all the way round
- Take one of the points and round the corner (only round 1 corner)
- On the side that you round the corner, you are gonna take your Paper Snips and cut up the score line, repeat on the opposite side
- You will then fold and burnish all your score lines
- Take the side with the rounded corner and fold it under and then line up the score line at the 2″ mark on the trimmer and cut away on the two tabs
- With the rounded corner at the top you will join the tabs and add glue
- Bring the bottom of the box up and attach with glue
- Add all the DSP on the box
- Take the ½” Circle Punch and make a small notch
- DO NOT CLUE THE BOX SHUT (been there, done that)
