Happy Monday! Want to learn how to make these easy treat pouches. Thanks for stopping by today. Today’s project is this fun little treat pouch that holds two little lifesavers. So cute and easy to put together.
Cutting and Scoring
- Designer series paper cut at 3 by 4 ½
- Along the 3″ side you will score at 1 inch
- On the 4 ½ inch side you will score at 1, 2, 3, 4
- Colored cardstock to match the DSP cut at 1 by 6 folded in half and with the Banner Triple Punch, punch each end
- Some scraps for the sentiment and the solid black circle
Instructions
- Take your simply scored scoring tool and with the 3 along the top you will score at 1″
- Rotate the cardstock and with the 4 ½ side along the top you will score at 1, 2, 3, 4
- The small squares on the end there will be a small piece to cut out
- The little tab left on the end, you are gonna mider the edges
- Where all the small squares are on the bottom you will cut up to the score line
- Add glue on the little tab
- Fold up the bottom, forming your box/pouch and glue it down
- Add your candy and pinch the top shut
- The 1 by 6 piece you are gonna fold in half and flag the bottom, place it over the pouch and staple it shut
- I used the tabs for everything for the sentiments and punched it out with the 1″ circle punch
- The basic black piece was punched out with the 1 ¼ circle punch, used a dimensional and stuck it down
