Cheers To The Year Christmas Card
Here’s a fun card done with the Cheers To The Year stamp set. These colors are not your traditional colors Red, Green and Black but they go so well together. I first thought the image looked a bit like a face when I was putting the card together.
This card came together pretty quick and is so, so pretty. I’d love a card like this in the mail. Hope you will give this card a try!
Cutting & Scoring
- Cardbase is Pool Party cut at 5 ½” by 8 ½” scored at 4 ¼”
- Basic Grey cut at 2 ¾” by 4 ¼”
- Whisper White cut at 2 ½” by 4″
- For the Inside of the card a piece of Whisper White cut at 4″ by 5 ¼” (optional)
Instructions
- Fold card base in half and stamp “Blessed Christmas Wishes” in Basic Grey from the stamp set Night In Bethlehem
- Then run it through the Big Shot with the Oh My Stars Embossing Folder
- I stamped the two swirl circles in Pool Party ink
- The two circle images in the stamp set have solid circles that you have to remove before you use it. I NEVER get rid of those, they make awesome stamped images
- So with the circle cut out I stamped that in Smoky Slate
- The two smaller Snowflakes I stamped with the Basic Grey
- The big Snowflake in the center I stamped in Bermuda Bay as well as the little stars that are randomly placed
- Added a Delicate Doily and then layered to two pieces off set
