CASEing The Catty Monday Card 5 Butterfly Gala

Hi Friends! Happy Monday!

Welcome to another CASEing The Catty Monday. Each week we will be focusing on a card or 3D project from our Catalogs. For today, I picked the card on page 16 of the Occasions Catalog.

For today’s card I chose the Butterfly Gala stamp set and punch. This Bundle is one of my favorites.

Cutting & Scoring

• Soft Sea Foam – 4 ¼” x 11″ score and fold at 5 ½”
• Whisper White 4″ x 5 ¼” – inside card
• Vellum – 2 ½” x 6″
• Whisper White – 2 ½” x 6″
• Whsiper White – 2 ¾” x 2 ¾” – 2 ½” Stitched Shape Circle

Instructions

• Stamp the butterflies on the Soft Sea Foam cardstock
• Use Soft Sea Foam Ink (tone on tone)
• On the Whisper White 2 ½” x 6″ stamp 3 butterflies with Memento Ink
• Take a Sponge Dauber and color all the butterflies
• Punch out all the butterflies
• Take the Vellum and punch out 3 butterflies
• Stamp “a little note” with Memento Ink on the Stitched Shape Circle
• Pop it up with Dimensionals
• Take the Flax Ribbon and cut a small piece, fold it in half
• Cut a small piece of the All My Love Ribbon
• Wrap the Mini Silver Sequins Trim and wrap it into a circle and staple all the Ribbon to the side of the card
• Add two small butterflies to the circle
• Pop all the colored butterflies up with Dimensionals
• Add the Vellum butterflies with a Glue Dot
• Place Rhinestones or Adhesive Backed Sequins to cover the Glue Dot
• Randomly add Rhinestones all over
• Stamp inside of card as shown
