Box In A Card-Painted Harvest-22 Sep 2017-Stamp with Shar

When I first heard of a box in a card I instantly thought what? How is that even possible.

Cutting and Scoring

• Card base is Very Vanilla cut at 5 ½ by 8 ½ scored at 4 ¼
• Garden Green cut at 1½ by 5 ½
• Early Espresso cut at 1 ¼ by 5 ½
• Designer Series Paper cut at 1 by 5 ½

Instructions

• Fold card in half
• Line the card at the 1 inch and cut down to 2 inch
• Move card over to 3 inch and cut down to 2 inch
• Flip your card and with the spine of the card towards the left cut from the 4 ½ down to the 2 ½ mark and that will cut away the small square needed for the box to fit
• To save time I used the Tiny Clear Treat Boxes (however you can make your own box using card stock or Designer Series Paper)
• I layered all the pieces and put it at the bottom of the card.
• I stamped the flower and punched it out with the 2 inch Circle Punch which I then popped it up with dimensional’s
• I added the copper thread behind it

To Make You Box

The lid of the box is cut at 3 1/8 by 3 1/8 scored at ½ all round and for the base of the box start with a 6 by 6 piece and score it at 2 inches all round
