Baptism Card – Inspired Events

Hello my friends!  So glad to have you back! Today’s card is so cute. I needed to make a Baptism card for my son and I struggle with masculine/boys cards. Love how this turned out.

Divider

Cutting and Scoring

  • Very Vanilla cut at 5 ½by 8 ½ scored at 4 ¼
  • Bundle of Love DSP cut at 1 ½ by 5 ½
  • Pieces of scraps in Soft Sky, Gold Foil and Dapper Denim

Instructions

  • Fold card base in half
  • Ran the DSP through the Big Shot with the Seasonal Layers Thinlits (scalloped edge)
  • Punched out a bunch of different color leaves
  • Put solid Bakers Twine behind the DSP
  • Took all the leaves and glued them down
  • Added the DSP piece on top of the leaves
  • Used Gold Embossing Powder and heat set the sentiment and the card inside
  • Randomly placed Gold Enamel Shapes all over
