What is the Baby Wipe Technique?
Hi Friends! Happy Friday!
Have you tried the BABY WIPE TECHNIQUE?
Today I wanted to share with you how to make a super cute background with the Baby Wipe Technique! This Technique has been around for some time now. What is so fun about it is all your cards will look slightly different. There are so many different types of Techniques out there these days. It’s hard to pick which one to try.
