Tropical Chic Thank You Card

Happy Wednesday! How cute is today’s card. When I first saw this Suite in the Catalog I knew I wanted it but needed some convincing.
I couldn’t take it any longer so I purchased the Suite. I am so glad I did.
This card is super cute!
Cutting & Scoring
- Shaded Spruce – 8 1/2″ by 5 1/2″ score and folded at 4 1/4″
- Whisper White – 4″ by 5 1/4″ – need 2 for inside and outside matte
- DSP – 2″ by 5 1/4″
- Basic Black – 3″ by 3″
- Whisper White – 3/4″ by 4 3/4″ for banner
- Whisper White – scraps
- Granny Apple Green Ribbon – 6″
- Basic Black Baker’s Twine – enough to make a double bow
Instructions
- Attach DSP to bottom half of the Whisper White outside matte
- Attach ends of Granny Apple Green Ribbon to back side of outside Whisper White matte using Tear & Tape
- Punch the 2″ circle out of the Basic Black 3″ by 3″ square, then punch a 2 1/4″ punch out around the 2″ circle which will create the thin black circle
- Adhere the black circle under the Granny Apple Ribbon
- Stamp the sentiment in Shaded Spruce on the Whisper White Banner piece
- Punch the right end of the banner with the Banner Triple Punch
- Adhere the banner partly over the Granny Apple Green Ribbon with liquid glue on the left side and a dimensional on the right side
- Stamp one leaf in Granny Apple Green, the other leaf in Shaded Spruce and two flowers in Blushing Bride on the scrap of Whisper White
- Using the Big Shot, die cut out these pieces
- Attach the leaves with a dimensional on the outer tip of each leaf and liquid glue at the base of them
- The flowers are popped up with Dimensionals
- Place a small clear rhinestone in the center of each flower
- Make a bow with the Basic Black Baker’s Twine and attach it with a glue dot
- Stamp a sentiment on the inside Whisper White matte and adhere to the inside of the card with liquid glue

Its Wednesday and I usually do a video on Wednesday but there was just NO WAY for me to do it today.
