Share The Love Bookmark Card

Hello Friends,

I have a really cute project to share with you today. It’s a bookmark and a card. If you have friends that love to read this card is perfect for them.

You can change the DSP and sentiment and make it your own. Such a fun card to give out.

Cutting & Scoring

Berry Burst – 4 ¼” by 11″ score and folded at 5 ½”
Whisper White – 4″ by 5 ¼” for the inside of card
Berry Burst – 2″ by 5″
Share What You Love DSP – 4″ by 4 ¼”

Instructions

Fold card base in half
Using wavy lines from Lily Pad Lake stamp set, stamp lines onto front of Berry Burst base with Berry Burst ink. Stamp the same lines onto tall Berry Burst card stock strip 2″ by 5″
Stamp sentiments onto strip and card base using Memento Ink
Using Detailed Trio Punch, round two top corners of strip, punch a hole in the center of the strip with the punch as well.
Cut a 5” piece of ribbon and angle cut the ends with Paper Snips. Loop the ribbon though the hole to make a bookmark ribbon.
Trim Share What You Love DSP piece on the diagonal with Stampin’ Trimmer, this will create two identical triangles that you will adhere to form the bookmark holder.
Add Tear n Tape to the bottom and sides of each triangle, using the two opposite patterns for visual interest.
Line the triangle DSP pieces up, remove adhesive and adhere. Once adhered, use your fingers to loosen the slot slightly so the bookmark will slide in and out with ease.
