Baker’s Twine Storage Box
Hello My Stamping Friends!
Happy Monday everyone! I have a really fun box to share with you today. My mom arrives tomorrow from South Africa and I am super excited. I have been really busy organizing and finding storage solutions.
You can stack side-by-side or on top of one another. Awesome!
The DSP is just STUNNING!
Metallic Thread fits perfectly into this box.

Cutting & Scoring
- Basic Black – 5 ½” by 8″ scored all around at 1 ½” – Box Draw
- DSP – 1 ¼” by 4 ¾” – Box Draw
- Basic Black – 6 ¾” by 8 1/8″
- 6 ¾ score 2 5/8″ rotate 180° repeat score at 2 5/8″
- 8 1/8″ score at 1 ½” roate 180° repeat score at 1 ½”
- 1 ¼” by 2 ¼ – (2 pcs) sides
- DSP – 2 ¼” by 4 ¾” top
Instructions
- I started with the 5 ½” by 8″ and scored all around at 1 ½”
- I cut up on the score lines leaving me 4 squares in each corner which I mitered
- Fold and burnish your score lines
- Place glue on the four tabs creating the “draw”
- Put the DSP on the draw 1 ¼” by 4 ¾” and with the 1 1/8″ hand-held punch, punch a hole and add ribbon through
- The Wrap is cut at 6 ¾” by 8 1/8″
- 6 ¾” score at 2 5/8″ rotate 180° repeat score at 2 5/8″
- 8 1/8″ score at 1 ½” rotate 180° repeat score at 1 ½”
- Cut up on the small square and miter
- Fold and burnish your score lines
- Add adhesive on the tabs and form the box
- Place DSP on the two sides and on top
- Add Metallic Thread or Baker’s Twine
