Cutting & Scoring
- Very Vanilla – 4″ x 5 ¼”
Instructions
- Leaves – Place leaves into the ink pad and rub leaves onto the cardstock
- Cling Wrap – Take a small piece and crumple it up, place into ink and the onto cardstock
- Clear Block – Place clear block into ink pad and stamp onto cardstock
- Rubber Band – Wrap rubber bands around a clear block then place into the ink and stamp onto your cardstock
- Using a mask layer (with copy paper) is optional
- Toilet Paper – Cut up on the toilet paper (create a fringe like piece), place into ink and stamp onto cardstock

These background techniques are rather fun to do. I hop you’ll give them a try. Get creative with your color combinations too. Another tip is to create a full sheet of cardstock and then cut it up. You can create unique die cuts too.
